Oh no Flying Wizards. (Standard MTG Deck)

blue red wizards that wants to hang around till docent then smash face with a bunch of prowess flying wizards. I dont know what way the meta is going to go with no marvel, so it makes planning a little hard. I dont know if adding some haste enablers would benefit this or not. Any feedback would be great. The side board is really the maybe board. I am pretty sure some dispels will end up in the side.
