This deck is built to win using Laboratory Maniac's ability one of two ways. The first is using Inverter of Truth and Feldon's Cane (if needed) to exile my library and either Serum Visions or Merfolk Looter to mill myself. The other way is using Mana Severance to exile all my lands, then winning by milling myself with Balustrade Spy.

This deck has become much more consistent with the addition of a new combo and removal of non-combo pieces but it's still really slow most of the time and can struggle to stay alive long enough to get through it. I'm currently not sure how to fix this problem, so any suggestions would be appreciated
