This Deck is in an early draft phase, it's getting there but needs testing. Constructive input is greatly appreciated.

Artifact Storm around the soon to be released current Captain of the Weatherlight

We're Winning the game by storming out value.

Let's explain some of our mainline win conditions.

Aetherflux Reservoir - Cast a bunch of spells, shoot people for lethal, fairly straight forward, just sequence yourself into a strong storm style turn by chaining artifacts with Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain and Cost Reducers.

Walking Ballista - Use one of the infinite mana combos available in the deck to deal infinite damage.

Dramatic Reversal + isochron sceptre - With mana rocks this combo gives us infinite storm and mana to use for various other win conditions. We have Paradox Engine For some amount of redundancy to this.

Words of Wind + Mox Amber + Mox Opal - This is a jhoira specific combo and works with any two mana positive artifacts. You cast a mana rock and bounce one over and over, with just moxen you can bounce every permanent your opponents have, with a sol ring, mana crypt or a mana vault (and many more with cost reducers out) you also get infinite mana. Once you're done putting your opponents in the stone age (if they haven't conceded) you can go back to drawing your whole deck.

Laboratory Maniac - Read the card, I'm sure you get it.

Altar of the Brood - Assuming no old eldrazi or other shuffle in guys we can just mill our opponents with an early altar into a solid storm turn. It's a valid alternative to Aetherflux Reservoir in a pinch.

Staff of Domination - It's a mana Sink for our infinite mana combos that let's us draw our whole deck and find the things that actually kill our opponents.

Pyrite Spellbomb - This one is a little trickier. The easiest thing to explain it would be to have you go look up a primer on KCI combo in modern. Basic gist is that with a Krark-Clan Ironworks, Scrap Trawler, Myr Retriever (or Junk Diver if we have a cost reducer), a Pyrite Spellbomb and a Mox Opal/Mox Amber, we get infinite mana and infinite recursion of these pieces letting us use spellbomb infinite times to kill our opponent. Without spellbomb you can use Chromatic Star or Chromatic Sphere to draw infinitely until we reach a wincon. Look up a full primer on the combo, it's sweet.

*Notable Exclusions:

Mishra's Workshop - Budget Restrictions. I literally just can't afford this card. If you can, then you should run it and decide what you want to cut

Time Twister - Budget Restricions, in addition to being unnecessary in the deck. non-historic spells clutter up our free cantrip slots since we have to actually pay for them so our non-historic stuff either draws 10+ or counters our opponents spells at almost no cost

Power Artifact - This one's expensive, but it's gone because it's one step too redundant with Paradox Engine and Dramatic Scepter. There's limited slots and a non historic spell that does something that our historic spells already do is cut material.* I'd be playing both of these if i could afford them.
