you wound up picking one of the simplest possible deck ideas...
yup we have ourselves Varolz, Scar Striped in a bit of a madness suicidal creature shell, and of course its budget too. now i am going to go down this list in the order it appears on spoiler, so lets start
first off we have
Dark Withering
the only instant speed removal in the deck, fits nicely with the theme, i would put more removal into here but if i put too much in it won't be fun to play or face, just like how i didnt give Melek, Izzet Paragon , Experiment Kraj or Bruna, Light of Alabaster too many counter/control spells, melek having 1 spell jack and 5 counters, ping wound up having 1 "arrest" and 2 control spells. and bruna has 6 counters, 3 of them are soft, a control spell, and a SPECIAL spell jacker Perplexing Chimera and a limited wrath
back on topic, this deck has 3 hard removal, 2 sweeps, a soft removal, a conditional removal Savra, Queen of the Golgari , and 3 non creature removal. long story short he has plenty of removal.
the non creature removal involves Bramblecrush and
Creeping Mold
, bramble crush hits planeswalkers, but not artifact creatures or enchantment creatures, and creeping mold doesnt hit walkers but does hit everything else. moving on we have a soft kill that i promised to include, it isnt strong or dangerous but it works (just not on a bruna after i put a billion enchantments on her, granted by that time she has shroud...) .
moving to the more theme based cards (skipping mana accel) we have
Macabre Waltz
. for those times where you really need to discard a big game hunter, Vigor Mortis for when you need something back for the long run and Zombify for litterally the exact same purpose.
next up skipping some manafacts we have Plague Boiler and Gaze of Granite , both just kill a good amount of kill, that said i shouldn't need to say any more.
we also have Trading Post and
Springjack Pasture
for goats to sac with valroz and even a little bit of ability to discard creatures, since some of them i would rather not summon.

very overly flexible reanimation, stupid good reanimation and triggers madness really well. stretch how good 5 mana is
Canker Abomination
4 for 6 counters, not bad
Changeling Titan 7/7 that lets me retrigger etb effects, and steals sliver abilities, not bad
Circling Vultures 3/2 flyer, one of the best opening cards in deck, and that self discard ability...
Citanul Centaurs
6 for 4, and might be useful enough to actually pay the echo on
Corpsejack Menace the definition of insane, best turn 4 play in game
Crumbling Colossus
cost effect 5 for 7, more for the 10 cent uncommon factor...
Deadbridge Goliath
just way too good, only creature in deck with scavenge, because he is good even when it doesnt matter

5 for 7, very good ratio, scary creature in general, what it doesnt kill it weakens

flavorful and effective, love threshold, wish to see it return
Ravaging Riftwurm
demands attention and removal, and good ratio 3 for 6 counters
Razormane Masticore
literally the best discard outlet in the deck, you trade your hand for lightning bolts and get a 5/5 first striker because of it. this is a scary card
Savra, Queen of the Golgari flavorful and cool, hard to trigger but its hella cool when you do.
