So, I started playing Magic when Dragons of Tarkir was the newest set, and I've always held Tarkir close to my heart since. One of the first mythics I ever pulled from a pack was a Dragonlord Dromoka, and then a foil one years later after buying some packs for the purpose of nostalgia. In my earliest days, I played Black White Lifegain, White Green +1 +1 Counters, and then Black Green +1 +1 counters. This deck can hold its own, and right now, I am attempting to improve the late-game card draw situation. Tarkir shall rule supreme, and Anafenza, the Foremost shall lead the charge.

Some Quick Notes on Flavor

Since I chose Anafenza, the Foremost as my commander, and I had a copy of Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, Crux of Fate, and Dragonlord Dromoka already in my collection, I decided to acquire a copy of Dromoka, the Eternal for my collection, just to drive the flavor home. As well as that, Abzan Ascendancy is a good late game drop, especially when you have one of the three +1 +1 counter boosters out (Hardened Scales,Winding Constrictor, and Corpsejack Menace), and including the Abzan's participation in the Ascendancy cycle was too good to pass up.

Sunbond was actually one of the cards I decided to build around with this deck, for in one of my earliest games with Black White Lifegain, I ended up with a gigantic Child of Night, which my friend and I decided to cap off at 100/100 for the sake of keeping track. As such, I couldn't resist the opportunity to add such an incredible card and incredible memory into the deck.
