Odd cmc cheat with 9 cost haymakers and counterspells. Made a 2nd version of the deck 70% version with reanimator as a backup, but big blue with timewalks was too appealing to pass up. This commander seems strong enough to take on a whole casual table. Tutor's and doomsday would be GG, but this build is leaning more 80-90%.

should I add miracles? I had some powerful angels and mono black creatures in, but counterspell, FoW, and misdirection support with all the time walk cards would be more robust; I think that's where I'm taking it. With the other creature type hammers going out, then Sphinx tribal with coat of arms could work. With the draw from the commander, there isn't much other draw except for fixing and tutoring. More quality and toolbox than card advantage.

Penance is a strong fixer since you can activate it without a valid choice. Very good with miracles.

Temporal Mastery is great with the commander and with top card manipulation. Entreat the Angels.

Iona, Shield of Emeria is iffy. I don't want to shut someone out of the game, but she is a strong threat eliminator. I don't use her to target mono-colored decks unless there is no other choice.

Taking Turns: Time Warp, Temporal Manipulation, Capture of Jingzhou, Expropriate, Nexus of Fate, Temporal Mastery, Temporal Trespass, Savor the Moment

If the turn route, then Retreat to Coralhelm is really good.

Consideration: Pox and Crucible

If you want to be mean, Mistveil Plains and Doomsday can do crazy things.

1x Moonlight Bargain out because not enough creature density in this build to support it. Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre shuffles, so not ideal for reanimation. Darksteel Colossus and Emrakul, the Promised Endare options. Mana Severance is very tempting. There are 10 mana rocks. Cabal Conditioning is mean, but strong. Insidious Dreams may be too strong.
