Cuts: Eight-and-a-Half-Tails, and Black Sun's Zenith
I made these cuts because of the lack of lands in the deck. While the deck does run decent ramp through artifacts and Solemn Simulacrum, I feel like adding more lands will help the deck perform better. Now running 34 lands instead of 32.
I cut Eight-and-a-Half-Tails because I feel as though the card doesn't do much in the deck. Typically you want to keep mana open to remove threats at instant speed. While the targeted protection is nice, I found that Eight-and-a-Half-Tails was just sitting on my board not doing anything more often than not.
Black Sun's Zenith is being cut not because it underperforms, but because I run enough board wipes as it is. Out of all my board wipes, I feel as though this is the weakest one. I'm going to test the deck without it and see how it does.
