Okaun, Eye of Chaos + Assault Suit lets you draw cards with Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom on other people's turns in addition to the usual threat of commander damage. Keep in mind that you won't be controlling Okaun for the purpose of Fierce Guardianship or Deflecting Swat in case Zndrsplt is absent. Also, if Okaun has Diviner's Wand strapped to him, his current controller can use its granted draw mana sink ability, although that will also give Okaun a boost.

Krark's Thumb is obviously important for some semblance of consistency, so the deck has 6 cards that can tutor for it and 6 cards that can recur it. Ral Zarek's ultimate doesn't trigger the commanders unfortunately, since it doesn't involve winning (still fine with the Thumb though).

Sakashima of a Thousand Faces & Spark Double can copy Zndrsplt for both extra drawing and more coin flips for Okaun to enjoy. (And Strionic Resonator can copy coin flip triggers too.) I don't really take advantage of Sakashima's Mirror Gallery effect for the purpose of copying the Thumb, but slotting in e.g. Copy Artifact or even Mechanized Production for that route isn't terrible, especially since you can still copy a random mana rock when Sakashima isn't feeling up to it.

If you use Aggravated Assault you'll get a new set of coin flip triggers, while Okaun will keep any previous power/toughness doubling from the same turn.

Psychosis Crawler can work as an alternative voltron creature if Okaun isn't feeling up to it.

Chandra's Ignition and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar works as a finisher for when Okaun (or the Crawler) gets sufficiently beefy. Even Zndrsplt can sometimes kill someone with The Royal Scions' ultimate.

Karplusan Minotaur isn't required to target you or your stuff when you lose a flip, so hopefully you can make a deal with an opponent to point it somewhere else.
