Once I saw The new Narset , I had ptsd flashbacks to Leovold, Emissary of Trest . That card was so annoying that it was banned in EDH, and wizards had just printed a similar effect on another 3-cmc card. However, it was a planeswalker, which put EDH out of range, so I turned to the EDH of planeswalkers: Oathbreaker.

The gameplan is to cast as many mana accelerating artifacts as possible, casting both Narset, Parter of Veils and Timetwister turn one in an optimal scenario and almost always by 2/3. Special shoutout to Lion's Eye Diamond , which is broken here. If you don't assemble enough mana turn one to cast both, you can always use Narset's ability to dig for more mana. Once you've annihilated all your opponent's hands, you can bounce any problematic permanents with Cryptic Command , Evacuation .

The most common locks are either Anvil of Bogardan + Narset, Parter of Veils or Lore Broker + Narset, Parter of Veils . Teferi's Puzzle Box combined with either of these make sure that they won't somehow draw an instant that lets them draw more. The eventual wincon is beating face with Toothy, Imaginary Friend and Chasm Skulker , which should both be massive by now. The deck ramps incredibly fast and allows you to cast Timetwister at least 3 times from the command zone.

This deck is extremely oppressive and cancerous and probably won't make you any friends and will not be appreciated in a casual setting.
