Oars is an extreme budget B/W enchantments deck in modern. The deck has many ways it can win, whether it's locking the opponent down with Oblivion Ring/Journey to Nowhere and grinding them out with Fate Unravler/Grim Guardian/Underworld Coinsmith, or just pummeling the opponent through the air with a Master of the Feast enchanted with an Ethereal Armor. Sigil of the Empty Throne gives us a 4/4 flying angel token whenever we play anything, and if all else fails we can cast a Rally the Ancestors with a bunch of enchantment creatures in our graveyard and win with Grim Guardian triggers.
