Name is pulled from Budget Commander article from the Dragon Deck changes. The basis of this deck is centered around cards from the 2016 Commander Deck "Stalwart Unity" - originally I wanted to build this deck because I found this gem of a card called Arboria and having recently purchased "Stalwart Unity" I wanted to build the rest of the deck around Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis but then I wanted access to 5 color just to have access to cards like Koskun Falls and other black spells, so Tomer's article provided me inspiration for building around O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami instead.

Main win condition is to drop Arboria and then play as much as you can on other player's turns. Hence why you have both Winding Canyons and Alchemist's Refuge to give everything flash. Eventually you drop Awakening Zone and/or From Beyond to generate tokens every turn and in combination with Call for Unity they eventually become much larger tokens that can overrun your opponents and since Arboria provides you with a shield that protects you from everyone else on the board you lock them out. Bring to Light into Diabolic Tutor is to help find Arboria, and the other pillowfort staples are there just to slow your opponents down.

Mystical Tutor is SPECIFICALLY in the deck to search out Seasons Past. This combo allows you to recur as much from your graveyard as you want AS LONG AS you always recur the Mystical Tutor for your one CMC choice. If someone decides to Austere Command all enchantments, then no worries! Mystical Tutor into Seasons Past, recur all your enchantments you want to re-stabilize and keep on rolling. Want to filter all the basics out of your deck? Easy peasy. Seasons Past your Sylvan Reclamation and keep cycling to draw out all your basics. Can't go wrong with this combo AS LONG AS you remember to bring back Mystical Tutor.
