Numot, the Devastator can destroy two lands for just if it deals combat damage to an opponent.

So the plan of this deck is to win by destroying your opponents' lands or otherwise punishing them for the lands they have or preventing them from playing lands in the first place. It's sort of like reverse ramp: You get ahead on mana by reducing the amount your opponents have.

Now, generally speaking there is an unspoken social contract in Commander such that people usually don't play mass land destruction. So unless you want to break that contract and lose some friends, you may want to check with your group ahead of time to see how they feel about it. My group's stance is basically if a card isn't banned, it is fair game. But so, of course, is teaming up against the person who plans to blow up everyone's lands.

That said, this deck should be a fun way of playing land destruction in Commander. It is a mostly budget-friendly deck, but I already own Primal Amulet   so I included it. Swapping in something else reduces the price by about $10.

Speaking of, the way this deck tries to break the synergy of destroying everyone's lands -- other than more targeted land destruction -- is by running plenty of artifact ramp, including ramp that produces treasure tokens, and cards, like Primal Amulet  , that can transform into lands. It is a great way of ramping and getting other worthwhile effects while sort of playing more than 38 lands in your deck. Most of the conditions should be easy enough to meet.
