This is my version of 8-Rack with a bit of a twist in the story. Using Waste Not that was printed in Magic 2015, Allows you to gain card advantage, 2 floating black mana, and a 2/2 Zombie Token.

Win Condition: Shrieking Affliction, and The Rack.

Combo: Dakmor Salvage + Raven's Crime .

Budget cards that can be replaced for more expensive cards:-4 Blackmail, +4 Inquisition of Kozilek.& -4 Duress, +4 Thoughtseize. And Liliana of the Veil is like amazing just 60 dollars a pop...

There is so much more you can do to this deck. I've seen versions of Rakdos, Dimir, and even Jung.
