Sideboard

Maybeboard

Designed to try to get out a mana rock or two ASAP, likely using non-symmetrical spells until you do. The way the deck wins is to annihilate the opponent's mana base, then just beat on them with artifact creatures immune to pox/innocent blood, and that are somewhat challenging to remove. The ability to really clear the board of land potentially is nice, since the deck runs a fair amount of easy to cast land destruction. The Flagstones are obviously in here to make the land loss less of an issue, and to fetch the odd dual for me. The deck might be smoother with a few fetch lands instead of duals, but I'm not very familiar with how to optimize that part of a legacy deck.

Not sure if a Young Pyromancer build would be better, and considering switching Kaya's Guile for the edict, since it's far more useful for only 1 more mana. The life gain likely would be helpful at times, perhaps it should be in the sideboard instead of Innocent Blood, despite being slower?
