Maybeboard

Been tinkering around with this deck for a couple of weeks now and have to say, it's surprisingly fun.

The basic strategy of the deck is to control the board as best you can while not making yourself a target. Eventually, you'll build up to a voltron-like land due to Noyan Dar's ability to swing at people for massive damage, and due to cards like Artful Dodge and View from Above your opponents won't even be able to block it. First-time opponents of this deck often tend to ignore it until its too late when they get hit for 30 damage off a flying Faerie Conclave.

An important thing to keep in mind while playing this deck is to not amass an army of land creatures without good reason because as it turns out, Blasphemous Act for 1 red or any boardwipe for that matter that kills like 5 lands is a really good trade-off for your opponents (learned that the hard way).

It is important that you either have a counterspell in hand at all times to stop your opponents who want to destroy your voltron land or to just have protection in the form of Terra Eternal, Equinox or even just animating something like Darksteel Citadel or Cascading Cataracts.

The decks also surprisingly cheap, all you really need for it is a basic control core along with some choice enchantments and lands. If you have the cards or even the money laying around, I highly suggest trying out Noyan Dar!

Updates Add

Didn't really expect us to get another indestructible land or another good land creature, let alone have them release so close to each other! We may have not gotten much from MH2 or AFR, but hot damn did the few, or rather two things we did get are super good!

Lands:

A Plains out, Razortide Bridge in

I'm still on the fence on whether I should take out an Island instead, but needless to say another indestructible land to add to our land base is always a great thing, not to mention this one actually taps for our colors!

Castle Vantress out, Hall of Storm Giants in

I've had Vantress in since it came out all the way back in Eldraine and I can count on one hand how many times I've used its ability since then. Hall of the Storm Giants just seems like a card whose ability I'd end up using a lot more, 6 mana for 7/7 worth of stats is no joke, and it comes with built in protection! With all these lands we've been getting, it might actually be safe to cut Expedition Map in the near future.

Skycloud Expanse out, Mistgate Pathway  Flip in

Just a better land inclusion in my opinion and has already worked out better than expanse had in the past

One last change:

Windfall out, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria in

My secret lair finally came in and I decided to give Teferi a shot, especially considering how dissapointed I had become with Windfall recently. After casting it I tended to barely have any mana to make use of anything and it seemed to benefit my opponents more than it did myself. Teferi on the other hand is super flexible and has already won me a game, so I think he's staying in.
