Noyan Dar control/man lands deck! Play cheap spells to make your indestructible lands in to huge creatures, while removing your opponent's creatures through copious board wipes that hit all nonland permanents (but not your stuff). I decided to build tall rather than wide to focus all of Noyan's counters on one land.

Here is the plan:

Turns 1-3: Ramp and play at least one "man land" (in this case, and land that is good as a creature, like Darksteel Citadel or Faerie Conclave.Turns 4-6: Play Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper and start countering stuff, putting the counters on the "man land".Rest of the game: Once your land is pretty big, start board wiping and keep playing those sweeeeet spells.
