This deck is very similar to a competitive Talrand variant, but it includes white. Noyan Dar's awaken ability allows the deck to play 30+ removal spells and still have a win condition. Another unique aspect of the deck is that all of the board wipes are one sided since cards like Cyclonic Rift and Tragic Arrogance only hit nonlands. This deck is designed for 3 or 4 player multiplayer games. I usually play this deck against degenerate Sharuum or Narset combo decks.

This deck is always competitive in games with 3 or 4 players. With a little bit of tweaking to the deck list you could make it a high tier deck in 1v1 commander.
