Fairly straight forward...

Help yourself to some extra draws 'til you can get the cards you need to help your opponent gorge themselves to death. They'll either mill their decks with their draws and your draws paired with Jace's Erasure, Sphinx's Tutelage and Psychic Corrosion, or kill themselves through drawing with Underworld Dreams or Fate Unraveler and then with discarding all of the extra cards with Megrim and Liliana's Caress.

Make sure you get Spellbook, Reliquary Tower, Graceful Adept, Venser's Journal, Thought Vessel to stop yourself discarding at each end step. While on the other end, using cards like Gnat Miser, Locust Miser, and Cursed Rack to make sure your opponent is discarding as much as possible.
