The purpose of this deck is to steal life from your opponents, gain small life totals to pump Karlov up, and to create tokens to support the previous themes. This deck uses cards to mess with life gain to make life steal much more effective such as

• Cliffhaven Vampire
• Defiant Bloodlord
• Exquisite Blood
• Sanguine Bond
• Vizkopa Guildmage

All of these can go infinite when used with Exquisite Blood. Of course to go along with the life steal shenanigans you need some large life gain events. If used under the right circumstances, all of these can steal a lot of life:

• Death Grasp
• Debt to the Deathless
• Dying Wish
• Essence Harvest
• Exsanguinate
• Harsh Sustenance
• Rite of Consumption

Exsanguinate and Debt to the Deathless are both very good because of the fact that they target all opponents. Any of those spells listed that have in the mana cost can be pumped up by sacking tokens if you have Ashnod's Altar out.
