Sorcery (1)

Enchantment (1)

Creature (1)

Casual zombie tribal deck led by a samurai, supported by some clerics.

Toshiro Umezawa was chosen because a good CMC<4 Legendary Zombie don't exist. Maybe could be replaced with new Liliana.

Pumping Creatures

  • Cemetery Reaper: While increase zombies power, this guy can hate yards and put some tokens in play.

  • Death Baron: +1/+1 counters and deathtouch.

  • Evasive Creatures

  • Highborn Ghoul: Not a strong guy, but can make a difference.

  • Lifebane Zombie: His ETB abillity is conditional, but cover 60% of my meta.

  • Vampire Nighthawk: Flying, Deathtouch, Lifelink... Any doubt?

  • Vault Skirge: Another Flying/Lifelink guy that can see play T1.

  • Zombie Master and Zombie Trailblazer: Together they make every creature under my control unblockable, making victory sure.

  • ETB/LTB Effects

  • Festering Goblin and Shambling Goblin: Removal-like creatures.

  • Qarsi Sadist: Exploit one goblin, poke an opponent and try to remove something.

  • Rotting Rats: Affects me too, but why not?

  • Other Creatures

  • Shepherd of Rot: Great and unexpect finisher.

  • Skirsdag High Priest: Because Demons are cool, and we can flip non-zombies.

  • Spiteful Returned: Must be used as a enchantment, poking the opponent every turn.

  • Unbreathing Horde: "Zombie wall".

  • Draw Mechanics

  • Blood Scrivener: Assuming we can flood the field with creatures and drop hand, he helps a lot.

  • Dark Tutelage: Bob for poor people :D

  • Underworld Connections: Another good and cheap option.

  • Barren Moor and Polluted Mire: Cycling lands are awesome options in this format.

  • Necromancy

  • Corpse Hauler: Recovering creatures is always good.

  • Lord of the Undead: A cheaper and better option.

  • Destroying Hopes

    1. When creatures are the hope

  • Devour in Shadow: Ok, lose life is bad, but it target black creatures that appears constantly in my playgroup.

  • Disembowel: Cost at most 4 mana, no drawback.

  • Doom Blade: Classic.

  • Smother: One of the best removals for Tiny Leaders.

  • Vendetta T1 removal.

  • 2. When hope is in their hands

  • Brain Pry: Best used for draw, but if I knew the right card to discard...

  • Distress : Targeting non-lands is better than other one mana dicards, like Duress.

  • Raven's Crime: Virtually, can be used infinite times.

  • Talara's Bane: Metacall.

  • Other

  • Consume Spirit: Under testing.

  • Dark Ritual: Flavorwise option.
