This is a competitive dino tribal deck with a few substitutions to bring the price into double-figures. If you can afford it, swapping the Avatars for Carnage Tyrant and bringing in another two Ripjaw Raptors is highly recommended. Samut makes for a great budget Regisaur, with the downside that she doesn't benefit from reduced mana cost.
