List based on Orim67 and Garrukked performances on MTGO post-war meta.

After talking with some friends and Orim about the list that the conclusion was that including non-zenithable cards in the 3rd color splash would have to much impact on the manabase and would make Hymn less playable. During some testing this was actually noticeable.

(Partially obsolete) Why no blue? Because $$$ just for Leovold. White provides interesting other card and hate-bears. Red splash could also work with Gruul Spellbreaker, Huntmaster, Angrath, the Flame-Chained, Kolaghan's Command and Cindervines.

Why not straight GB: Well, actually you could. Definitely as a budget reason, see below.

Optimal play:

Granted you have it on hand.

Turn 1, Veteran Explorer or Cabal Therapy. This totally depends on if it's G1 or G2+, Are you on the play or draw and what mana you have available, fetch, basic or duals and what possible follow-on play you can make

Turn 2, Play Veteran or Therapy or GSZ 1 for Explorer (depending on T1). Then Flashback explorer and play Hymn or Liliana of the Veil. If Hymn, a possible T3 Liliana or Karn would be nice.

Budget:

Replace the Duals for: +2 Overgrown Tomb and +1 Godless Shrine.

Replace Liliana, the Last Hope and Surgical Extractions for: 2 Faerie Macabre and 1 Tormod's Crypt.

Replace Liliana of the Veil (not advisable): 2 Thoughtseize (or other discard) and +1 Liliana's Triumph

Replace fetchlands (not advisable) for more basics, Shocks.

Replace Sylvan Library for: Night's Whisper, Mirri's Guile, Painful Truths, Additional Tracker or something else low costed providing card-advantage.
