Pretty simple strategy. Get out a Waste Not and then start pillaging their hands for rewards with Mind Rot and Tasigur's Cruelty . Use Duress for information and selective discard, and Dark Deal to either get rid of their good hands or restock your own with better cards. Sign in Blood and Damnable Pact for restocking your hand or dealing damage to opponents, usually coupled with a good ol' Fate Unraveler . Typhoid Rats and Black Cat to form a small shield, usually growing once you get in a Dictate of Erebos. For a board wipe, Deathbringer Regent, and a nice creature removal with Dead Drop (which I prefer because it targets a player instead of the creatures, getting around that pesky hexproof).

For the sideboard, I decided to go with a more aggressive, creature heavy set of cards that can change the deck from discard to a pseudo-Aggro. Most likely take out the 4x Waste Not, 2x Dark Deal, 4x Mind Rot, 2x Tasigur's Cruelty , 1x Damnable Pact, 1x Sign in Blood, and 1x Duress.
