Before deciding if this deck is for you, ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Do you typically build decks where you never attack with your commander?

  2. Do you have a habit of never casting your commander?

  3. Does your commander have a purpose or did you just pick him/her to for the colors?

  4. Do you like creating chaos?

  5. Are you the type who truly cares less if you win or not?

  6. When all else fails, do you like to win when you shouldn't be able to win?

  7. Are you the type who likes to build decks using the most unlikely of commanders?

If you answered yes to any of these, this deck quite possibly may be the deck for you. On one hand, Norin is quite possibly the most useless commander and yet the most useful at the same time. He does nothing that you want him to do, but everything at the same time. Why would you play him? Honestly, for kicks and giggles and because he easily can be abusive. See, Norin is lousy with attacking or doing anything. Whenever someone attacks, he exiles until end of turn. If someone cast a spell, he exiles until end of turn. Since he's essentially coming back at end of turn, how can we utilize this? Simple, with cards that trigger due to creatures entering the battlefield. Such things as Pandemonium or how about Confusion in the Ranks... why not both and then some? See, Norin will hit the field, deal damage and then steal a creature. Opponent tries to one up you by casting a spell, just blink Norin and take the next big threat. Opponent tries to attack, or tries to play a creature to gain their lost creature back? Thats okay, you'll gain a new creature and blink Norin to gain that creature back. So, now the opponent is losing two creatures. The rest of the deck plays off chaos situations like this.

Can it win?Of course it can, but it's not necessary. With things like Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, and Genesis Chambers it's quite possible to just kill all opponents by having Norin continue to enter the battlefied at the end of every turn. With those three cards, you'll deal 2 damage from Purphoros and an additional 1 damage to each opponent. With Genesis Chambers, you'll create another creature from Norin hitting the field inflicting an additional 3 damage to each opponent. 6 damage at the end of every turn? Doesn't take long to kill someone. But, that's not really the point of the deck, just another avenue. There's multiple ways to play this deck.

This is my first attempt at Norin, and would love any feedback both good and bad. How can I make it better? What doesn't look right? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
