Hi Everyone, I am trying to make a new deck for Modern, it has been a while since I have played so I am looking for suggestions on how to improve this deck, but please bare in mind that it is on a budget.

The idea of the deck is to exploit Norin the Wary's ability by using the other cards in the deck.

The Creatures:

Norin the Wary + Champion of the Parish to stack the counters.

Norin the Wary + Soul Warden for life gain (Soul Warden also helps put counters on Champion of the Parish)).

Norin the Wary + Mentor of the Meek for draw (again Mentor of the Meek helps put counters on Champion of the Parish)).

The Artifacts:

Norin the Wary + Genesis Chamber to give me as any 1/1 Myr tokens as possible.

Norin the Wary + Decoction Module to give me energy counters to trigger Fabrication Module which in turn triggers Animation Module which can help to get me more creatures in the form of 1/1 servo artifacts (assuming I can get them all on the battlefield at the same time).

Other Spells:

Boros Charm has been included simply for how flexible it is, I can use it to finish off a player who is on low life, protect my creatures or give double strike to Champion of the Parish which with Rogue's Passage might be useful.

Eerie Interlude is for protecting my creatures.

Harnessed Lightning allows me another way of spending energy counters for removal.

Impact Tremors to slowly decrease the opponents life total.

If you can think of a way of improving this deck please comment below, I am open to suggestions, as I honestly have no idea how consistent (if at all) this will be!

I have left the other cards I considered in the maybe board for now.
