My ever-evolving Maelstrom Wanderer pet deck that eschews consistency in favor of the excitement of cheating random haymakers into play. The deck is, in my experience, strong enough to be overtly threatening at 75% strength tables because it plays strong enablers for the inconsistent payoff. It's often referred to in my primary playgroup as an 'Archenemy' deck because once you go off, you either win or die to a well-deserved 3v1 dogpile. It gets about 85% of its wins through Craterhoof Behemoth/Pathbreaker Ibex, which is starting to feel a little 'samey' but I've largely accepted it as the opportunity cost of wanting to win by turning random fatties sideways. This version is current up to War of the Spark.
