use quicksmith spy with static orb or winter orb to end-step tap down your orb to draw and then un-tap. for the budget-ish version of this deck what you need to do is replace the underground seas with islands and swamps the liliana's are nice but they can be replaced with something I cant really think of a card to replace her you can win with creeping tar pit and true name beats along with just grinding out your opponent.
