My take on the manaless dredge deck

Go for the draw.

Ditch Phantasmagorian or any dredger to the yard.

either Discard to Phantasmagorian or Dredge to fuel the yard.

Eventually you can use Ichorid , Narcomoeba, and Nether Shadow to Sac to Dread Return to get back a Balustrade Spy or Big griz. (Draw and Dredge each card with griz, dont actually draw) And Mill yourself completely.

Dread Return Reveillark

Cabal Therapy Reveillark, Return Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac, Tap, Draw, Win.

Bridge from Below + Ichorid is not bad for a beatdown plan either.

Versus some decks, Just doing Iona, Shield of Emeria first can just win you games by default
