I get turns... you don't.

This plays similarly to most Jhoira decks, but without the jerky mass destruction stuff like Decree of Annihilation.

The two main wincons are big dude beatdown and drawing/discarding everyone else out of their libraries. There are multiple ways to do this, the easiest being Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell or Jace's Archivist. Alternately, use Fork + Wheel of Fortune effects to force draw, hopefully with Library of Leng or Laboratory Maniac on board.

Take more turns. A lot of them... copy the crap out of that Time Stretch.

Most of the early game action happens on your upkeeps. Get as many upkeeps as you can to cast your suspended cards faster. Paradox Haze is the main helper here, it gets really good with Copy Enchantment for three upkeeps per turn!

Mystical Tutor into a miracle or go for Cyclonic Rift to stall opponents.

When extra turn cards come off suspense, copy them! Use your copy spells, and hit each copy spell with Mirari. Opponents tend to scoop when you have five extra turns and a big Eldrazi or two.
