No drawing cards allowed (Legacy MTG Deck)

I was wondering if there would be a way to make the combo more secured. (combo as in: Notion Thief + Teferi's Puzzle Box) Could you guys give me some advice? I play casual but I allways try to keep it legacy.

When I did a draft with my girlfriend, I stumbled on the wonderful card named Notion Thief.

First of all I had a deck based on Underworld Dreams and Spiteful Visions. In this deck were 4 Teferi's Puzzle Box 'es included. I didn't have a sideboard for that one so when I came to see Notion Thief the first thing that came to my mind: "Lets see how much a deck can be changed by using the sideboard."

Notion Thief and Teferi's Puzzle box will make the following happen:

draw step

first draw the first card in the draw step card
then Teferi's Puzzle Box triggers and the player puts his/her hand on the bottom of his/her library and should draw that many cards.
this is stopped by Notion Thief. You will draw the cards your opponents where holding in their hands.

Kill

Nyxathid makes an excellent kill when no opponent has any cards in hand.

The side board as it is standing on this site will make it deadly to draw cards and ofcoarse makes you draw as many cards as possible. Underworld Dreams, Spiteful Visions, Howling Mine, Time Reversal, Damnation and Time Spiral will replace Notion Thief, Lightning Greaves and Nyxathid.
