A Niv-Mizzet, Parun combo-control deck that is arguably budget due to its lack of tutor spells and its lack of a means of producing infinite mana (yet). It also feels as though it requires a bit more focus than its current iteration. My first thoughts for changes are dropping some creatures for mana rocks, Dramatic Reversal, and Isochron Scepter.

Like a number of other Niv-Mizzet decks, we have 2 of the 3, two-card combos that will allow us to defeat our opponents quickly: Curiosity + Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye . We'll be digging through our deck relatively quickly with our instants, sorceries, and Mindmoil until then, and our opponent's creatures and planeswalkers will burn in the meantime. In addition, we'll dig up our suite of Bounce and Counter spells to answer threats, or protect ourselves if our opponents assess us as a threat. Lastly, we have some support themes that will power our board state with or without Niv-Mizzet:

• Cost Reduction: Baral, Chief of Compliance, Curious Homunculus  , Goblin Electromancer, Primal Amulet
