It has flashback, you put it in the graveyard with Faithless Looting , Izzet Charm or Thought Scour and flash it back for blue

Why is this under standard? Feeling of dread, Pillar of flame, Faaithless Looting, Artiful Dodge, Thought Scour are not in standard. Unless they got reprinted in born of the gods which I'm pretty sure they didn't.

There are better cards for the idea that you are trying to achiev tho. I don't feel like giving it the time, but Artful dodge can be replaced by Aqueous Form. It's a one blue mana enchantment that makes the creature unblockable. Hands of binding can be put in for feeling or dread. There is porbably many other red cards that tap creatures. Pillar of flame can be a shock/magma jet. Fathless looting can be Steam Augury. For the others or a better choice idk.

in my opinion, you shouldnt be running one card just so you can cast it from the graveyard, it doesnt make sense

exblooddrunk: This deck was standard pre-Theros, no idea why it's suddenly being commented on, I made it ages ago.

However, since we're discussing it, acqueous form is terrible in the deck, as it doesnt trigger Nivix Cyclops or Guttersnipe , which the deck is based around, since its a (pretty bad) enchantment.

Schuch My current version, which runs stuff like Young Pyromancer does, but spellheart's pretty underwhelming when you just win on turn 4

kevin916: trust me, it works
