Making a few changes due to the new HOU spoilers:
- Adding Scavenger Grounds. Actually adding that to most decks. Another way to deal with graveyard-dependent decks without much drawback. Can also be tutored by Tolaria West. Removed a mountain to make room.
- Also going to try out The Locust God. This deck can be quite light on bombs/big threats, and this one just seems great with Niv. Removing Mystical Tutor for now.
