Classic Niv burn deck, where you get Niv out, draw, and burn your opponents. And since Niv is the commander, you only at least need to draw 21 cards in order to win the game. Pffft easy. drawing 21 cards no problem. There are 2 main strategies with this deck depending whether your playing with more than one person.

Strategy 1:If your playing a single player game the strategy is simple draw cards until your opponent is dead. This can be achieved in several different ways, certain enchantments like Well of Ideas, can help you draw a lot of cards over time. There are also some tapping, untapping synergies in there to get a lot of card draw off of Niv, or Arcanis the Omnipotent. Also Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, and Tandem Lookout are good for eliminating players easily (at the threat of milling yourself out, but you don't really have to worry about with one opponent.)

Strategy 2:This is if your playing a game with a bunch of other people, and simply drawing cards you risk milling yourself out. For this strategy you use cards like Day's Undoing, Elixir of Immortality to reset you library so that you don't run out of cards to draw. Also, use cards like Arjun, the Shifting Flame, and Mindmoil, so that you can draw high amounts of cards, and have most of them go back to you library. Sometimes it's hard to compensate for the chaos that this can bring, but with the amount pf cards this draws you it hardly even matters. also use the infinite combos, but only if you know you won't mill yourself out.
