Here is my deck based around Nissa, Steward of Elements . She seems so good in the right deck and can potentially win the game on her own with her ultimate. The idea of this deck is similar to the Bant Coco decks of yore. Jam in some great value creatures (all under 3 cmc in this deck) and cast them for free with Nissa. This is not going to be as explosive as the Bant Coco decks as Nissa is not instant speed (and no Reflector Mage for tempo advantage), but you can still generate some extreme value and card advantage with her 0 ability.

I am still working out which are the best 3 cmc and under creatures, but this list seems like a good start. Please feel free to offer creature suggestions as well as sideboard suggestions. Don't know the Meta so it's kind of difficult at this point, but I'll certainly need some Combo hate (probably Walking Ballista).

Update to mainboard and add sideboard — April 19, 2017

I have removed Prowling Serpopard from the mainboard in favor of Selfless Spirit. I feel this card is better in that it can block fliers and protect my creatures from sweepers and whatnot.

I have added a speculative sideboard that includes combo hate in the form of Thalia, Heretic Cathar and Manglehorn. I added a bit of counter magic in the form of Negate and Censor. One copy of Dusk / Dawn to attack aggro (that I can hopefully save my crew via Selfless Spirit). I added 2 copies of Archangel Avacyn  Flip, as additional aggro hate that I can flip with Selfless spirit. Finally I added 2 copies of Watchers of the Dead since there is likely to be a bunch of graveyard decks in this new standard.
