This is a Ninja Bear Delver Modern deck, in a series of decks built within an extreme budget of $25. The idea is to give a prospective player an introduction into the format on a budget that is well within reach of anyone interested in playing.

This is a budget version of the deck pioneered by Travis Woo. It is a relatively recent deck, and uses fast creatures as the win-con in a blue aggro-control build. The budget version of the deck takes a bit of a different twist as the best control elements are quite pricey. The deck instead focuses on keeping your threats able to punch through by bouncing or tapping opposing threats.

Some not-so-budget upgrades include: Cryptic Command, Disrupting Shoal , Remand, and Snapcaster Mage
