Dimir discard with a splash of red for Nicol Bolas, the Ravager  , and Angrath, the Flame-Chained. This deck got me from Silver tier 4 to Gold tier 3 with only 2 losses on Arena. The ideal curve looks something like this:

T1: swamp, Vicious Rumors.

T2: island, Thought Erasure.

T3: land, Disinformation Campaign.

T4: land (have at least one red), Nicol Bolas, the Ravager  .

T5: land, Angrath, the Flame-Chained.

I like Vicious Rumors better than Duress or Divest, because no matter what it will hit something. Even late game when they have no hand it still does something rather than staying in your hand as a dead card. With the amount of forced discard in here, they likely won't be able to play anything they keep that's above 3-4 cmc, so letting them chose what card to discard isn't actually that bad. I also chose to add Phyrexian Scriptures over a second Ritual of Soot, the extra turn it takes to wipe the board is usually worth hitting all opponent's creatures and the exile effect is great against both Izzet and Golgari which are by far the most common matchups on Arena (in my experience). Advice is very appreciated.
