This deck is built around a Nicol Bolas-esque theme. I wanted to use the Nicol Bolas for flavour purposes and then build a deck that reflected the character. Therefore, I've jammed the deck full of cards that manipulate and steal things from my oppoents while maintaining control through counter spells and wraths.
