This is a multifaceted deck themed around nicol bolas. we cast a bunch of cheap ramp artifacts and synergy enchantments mostly building to a board state that can cast, protect, and crush all opposition to the commander. Once Nicol Bolas hits the board, It should already be too late. Dragon Tempest and Chandra's Ignition make bolas hit player's life totals directly, making them discard their hands.Dragon Tempest and Dragonlord Kolaghan give us haste. I run Dragonstorm and good storm-friendly cards to summon a bunch of dragons out of nowhere with haste. Decree of Annihilation is our backup plan if we can get a bunch of enchantments and planeswalkers in play.
