Strategy:

1. Get as much mana as possible. Rocks, lands, and begging are all valid ways to do this.
2. After collecting mana it is time to start making allys (or simply threats).
3. This can be done in one of two ways.
4. Either offer to remove or steal a permanent of someone's enemy; or threaten to do that to them if they don't cooperate.
5. At 8 mana Put down Papa Bolas, and show the table who's boss
6. Pay taxes
7. Kindly offer to not remove player's hands (cards or appendage) in exchange for them not attack you
8. Start pumping out Planeswalkers to make your big happy family.
9. Wait until there are only 2 people standing, play Hour of Devastation, win.
