The important part of any turbo fog deck is, well, the turbo.

Otherworld Atlas makes the deck. Get 3 or 4 counters on it, draw at the end of your opponents every turn. Replenishes your hand, and mills them.

Try to save the safe passages to ward against direct damage. That and the atlas help against burn decks. If you're facing burn, add more counters to the atlas, try 6 or 7. Then start searching for Archangel's Light. Discarding from the excessive draw helps in this situation, which is why there is no Reliquary Tower.
