New Phyrexia Tempered Steel
I'm not really loving the shrine of loyal legions here. Although I can see the benefits from the previous comment for Steel Overseer while he is available to abuse.
Along with the Tempered Steel you will have a lot of counters to keep track of and everyone loves a lot of counters.
