This deck is basically using dredge and other self mill effects to put slivers and other creature value cards then reanimating them with Nethroi. It's the same context as other Nethroi builds taking advantage of low power creatures. The main difference with this sliver build against the normal Nethroi build is slivers grow stronger per sliver in play and having haste with Reflex Sliver.
