A blue merfolk deck im working on.

I could use some advice or suggestions.

I just got full playsets of True-Name Nemesis and Cryptic Command from a friend for an old deck of mine. I told him that it wasn't worth the cost of the playsets, but he really wanted the deck, so we traded.
