Nekusar is most likely my new favorite card. Period. I've seen some other EDH with him but here's my spin on it. Make your opponents draw and discard to death. They'll take damage for having cards or not having cards. Descriptions are hard. I'm still in a casual mindset so don't think I plan on playing this competitively or whatever, but if you have suggestions, I'm always open for constructive criticism.
