I love Nekusar, the Mindrazer and have had a deck featuring Psychosis Crawler since I first started playing EDH. It's one of my staples. This version of the deck is meant to be a little more aggressive with more creatures and ways to achieve damage (or win the game).

The following cards deal damage to your opponents when you draw cards: Psychosis Crawler , Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind

The following cards deal damage to your opponents when they draw cards: Nekusar, the Mindrazer , Fate Unraveler , Kederekt Parasite

The following cards deal damage to your opponents when they discard cards: Liliana's Caress , Megrim , Sangromancer

The best way to utilize these effects are with Wheel of Fortune effects, which cause players to discard their entire hand and redraw the same number, but there are also a great many effects that just let everyone draw more cards.

These Wheel of Fortune effects only effect you: Arjun, the Shifting Flame , Ancient Excavation , Consecrated Sphinx , Fateful Showdown , Chandra, Flamecaller

These Wheel of Fortune effects effect everyone: Dragon Mage , Jace's Archivist , Magus of the Wheel , Runehorn Hellkite , Incendiary Command , Whispering Madness , Windfall

There are also some other ways to win the game. All of that draw and cycling effects can thin out a library (even a 100 card library) pretty quickly. There are some additional mill effects to deck your opponents, as well as Laboratory Maniac so if you run out of cards you win.

Mill effects: Jace, Memory Adept , Sphinx's Tutelage , Consuming Aberration , Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge , Oblivion Sower

With all of the big spells being tossed around, I also decided to add some additional effects that damage your opponents based on those spells, as well as effects that let you play spells stolen from your opponents.

Direct damage effects: Kaervek the Merciless and Vial Smasher the Fierce

Stolen spell effects: Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge and Wrexial, the Risen Deep
