Nekusar combo deck. Nekusar doing what Nekusar does with a spicy touch of storm as a backup plan.

Low mana count to keep the amount of dead cards you draw to a minimum.

LOTS of mana rocks, acceleration spells, and cost reduction spells to make up for the lack of mana.

Broken Engines:

Dream Halls simply put, is amazing. Easily the best card in the deck. This allows you to continue to blow out your opponents after you have exhausted all of your mana resources.

Mind Over Matter is a mini Dream Halls. It allows the same big plays that Dream Halls does, but your opponents can't use it against you, so it's every bit as powerful. It still allows you to keep things going when you are out of resources. However, it lets you do something that dream halls doesn't; It taps down threats, lands, and mana rocks

Turnabout untaps our mana sources so we can continue to combo/storm off, or can be a useful tool to tap your opponents mana sources... Once again simuliar to Mind Over Matter.

Candelabra of Tawnos not only good for High Tide. Here, it filters Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Mana Crypt, Dark Ritual effects, Pyretic Ritual effects, and just filters lands if you fall short of a certain color or just tap your mana wrong.

Big Draw Power:

Curiosity, Helm of the Ghastlord,Tandem Lookout, and Ophidian Eye Niv's best tools are almost equally broken here. They don't go ultimate with Nekusar, but they may as well.

Notion Thief I know he's more of a nonbo with Nekusar, but in this deck, our primary wincons are the storm spells; so here he's quite good for fueling our mana pool with Skirge Familiar or Mind Over Matter. He also puts our opponents in "top deck mode" allowing us to storm off much easier without everyone's answers directed our way.

Geth's Grimoire rounds out our draw package. It's natural fuel for what Nekusar wants to do. It feels almost like a fifth Curiosity.

Stormy win-cons:

Tendrils of Agony Since this deck has access to big mana through rocks, ramp spells, and cost reduction spells, killing someone with tendrils isn't out of the question. I've dealt well over 40 damage with this by having a Dream Halls on board.

Mind's Desire is similar to Tendrils but instead of killing one person outright, it let's Nekusar kill the entire table. Definitely powerful and even if you can't hit wheel effects, it still feels good casting an old favorite win con from my disassembled TEPS deck.

Temporal Fissure is currently in over Ignite Memories as it seems to be higher impact with lower storm counts.

storm is a great tech to help fight dedicated control decks. Even if they counter the card with storm, you still have every storm trigger going their way.
