Background:

4th EDH Deck, not the greatest one in my collection but its getting there due to the lack of cards, money, and the fact that all my other great ones are all in my Intet, Teneb, and Jhoira. Tried to go with a discard theme in this one with stalling tactics. The goal is to basically get as many enchantments out and dump your opponents hand with windmill effects and racking up damage with those pings. Mostly a political multi-player deck that I use when I am not beating face in.

Deck Breakdown

The World of the Purger

The Nightmare of the Realm

Crosis, the Purger : The only reason I chose him over Nekusar, the Mindrazer is because I wanted 3 EDH decks with dragons as my generals. There is no other reason why. Pure Flavor. Otherwise if you were to run a more efficient deck, run Nekusar. But against a single color deck, Crosis hoses down on people hard! (But really this is a multiplayer deck so no sense to use this one in a one vs. one.)

The Eternal Wanderer

Tezzeret the Seeker : His main use is to find those mana rocks, and if you have them mana rocks already set up, Tezz is there to untap them so you can run rampart with all them wheels.

The Minions of the Purger

Archaeomancer : With all the spells in the grave and after all those windmills, there always an guaranteed spell you would like to recast.

Fate Unraveler : A mini-Nekusar! Racks up those damages, sadly no extra card effect though. :/

Jace's Archivist : Man drop this guy early game, and you will screw up people's hand. Absolutely love this guy. Wish there was more creatures that do this.

Kederekt Parasite : More on the sideboard really since I don't have many red permanents besides the reliable commander. First choice to swap out when testing new cards.

Psychosis Crawler : Used mainly for his second ability, make sure you always have at least one card in hand though!

Seizan, Perverter of Truth : While it hurts me, it hurts the other players more when you have more stackable effects on the field.

Whirlpool Warrior : Interesting card, can be used to find combo pieces. Additionally can mess up the tempo of other players as well.
