This is a budget nekusar deck. The plan is pretty straight forward, get nekusar or an equivalent card out(such as: Fate Unraveler , Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted or Underworld Dreams ) Then use a combination of wheel effects and each player draw effects to drain your opponents. I haven't tested the deck but I expect it to be fun because each player is drawing a lot of cards. Getting manascrewed or not having anything to cast shouldn't be a problem for people playing against this deck, making long term plans might be a problem.
