I'm trying to build a Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck that isnt too insanely expensive. I pretty much only play 1v1 or 3 person EDH, and the meta has a lot of targeted removal. I'm wanting to keep the total deck cost below about $200 (using cardkingdom). Any advice on making it better and/or cheaper would be much appreciated!
